Tools can be assigned to the Jobs of Flange Connections. These Tools can either be created or imported.
To Assign an (already created) Tool to a FC:
Go to the applicable Job.
Scroll down to the Scope Section.
Click on Assign Tool.
Select the FC and the Tool and click Apply.
Assign a Bolting Tool to a FC.
To create a new Tool:
Go to Settings \ Maintenance \ FCM Specific Data \ Bolting Tools.
Note: All Bolting Tools are visible here.
Click on the + button to create a new Bolting Tool.
Fill in the details:
Name,
Description,
Tool Type,
Serial Number, and
Calibration Due Date.

To import Tools:
Go to Settings \ Data Transfer \ Import Data.
Download the Bolting Tools Template.
Fill in the Template.
Click Browse to import.
Go to Settings \ Data Transfer \ Import Data to download the Bolting Tool Template.
