FCM Dashboard

FCM comes with two pre-configured Dashboards to help visualize and analyze your Flanges. They are the FCM Overview Dashboard and the FCM Job Overview Dashboard.

FCM Overview Dashboard

The FCM Overview Dashboard can be used to highlight exceptions, bad actors, and issues. The Dashboard allows the user to do searches and to see the following Query results:

  • Flange connection information, e.g. Critical joints, Bad actors.

  • Waiting for Approval information.

  • Job Status, e.g. Jobs with open Protocols.

  • Approval Status, e.g. Jobs Final Approved.

  • Jobs Type, e.g. Preventive Jobs.

  • Condition History information.

  • Protocol counts, e.g. Completed Protocols and Not Completed Protocols per Hot Torque.

FCM Job Overview

The FCM Job Overview Dashboard can be used to track the progress of your Jobs in FCM, including:

  • A summary of active jobs.

  • A count of overdue, completed and upcoming jobs.

  • The number of jobs waiting for Approvals.

  • A summary of ECHs associated with those Jobs.
