This section of the Handbook covers the Main Menus used in FCM, together with the key sections, fields and buttons.

Accessing FCM

To access the FCM module:

  • Go to the IMS Main Menu Options at the top right of your screen.

  • Select FCM from the dropdown.

FCM Main Menu

 By default, 10 FCM main menus are shown. They include:

  1. Dashboard: Configurable overview of data in FCM.

  2. FLOC: A list of FLOCs managed in FCM.

  3. Equipment: A list of FLOC Equipment managed in FCM.

  4. Design: Shows a list of all flanges in the database, together with some key properties.

  5. Drawings: Shows a list of drawings associated with FLOCs/Equipment.

  6. Planned Events: List of FCM Planned Events.

  7. Jobs: Shows a list of FCM jobs.

  8. Schedules: A list of Schedules associated with FCM Equipment.

  9. Condition History: Displays all ECHs associated with FCM Equipment.

  10. Custom Reports: Used to manage Checklists and Calculation Forms used in FCM.

The default configuration is based on the user’s role. For more information on user roles see FCM User Roles.  You can modify the main menu configuration by clicking on My Account.
