This section of the Handbook describes how to create Anomaly Reports in IMS.
IMS has a built-in standard Anomaly Report that contain all of the important details associated with an Anomaly. The Anomaly Report can be generated from two locations in the IMS Interface: the Anomaly Main Grid, and the Anomaly Details Page.
Generate an Anomaly Report from the Anomaly Main Grid
To generate an Anomaly Report from the Anomaly Main Grid:
Select one or more Anomalies from the Grid.
Click the Generate report icon.
In the Generate Report dialog, select the Anomaly Report and the information you want included on the Report.
Click the button corresponding to the type of report (Print, Word/PDF, combine multiple reports in Word/PDF) you would like at the bottom of the dialog.
Your desired Report will be printed or downloaded to your local machines.
Generate an Anomaly Report from an Anomaly Details Page
To generate an Anomaly Report from an Anomaly Details Page:
Open an Anomaly’s Details Page.
Click the green Generate report button in the Details Page Header Bar.
In the Generate Report dialog, Select the information you want included on the Report.
Click the button corresponding to the type of report (Print, Word, PDF and Word) you would like at the bottom of the dialog.
Your desired Report will be downloaded to your local machine.
