Generating Reports that Include Issues and Observations

Dynamic Forms can contain Fields that shows all Issues captured in the current Condition History. Note: For more information on how to configure these Fields see Showing Overview of Issues on ECHs. 

A report can be generated out of questions with an issue, together with their Observations, comments and images.

To generate the Report:

  • In the Main Menu, click on Condition History.
  • Open the applicable Condition History Details Page. 
  • Click on the Report button in the upper right corner. 
  • In the popup window, click on Custom Reports.
  • Search for the applicable Report with issues.
  • Select the Report.
  • Click Generate as Word or Generate as PDF.
