Article summary

Data captured with your created Dynamic Form Checklists in Condition Histories during inspections, can be assessed and reviewed. This can be done via Reports, filtered Main Screen Grids (also via custom Queries), and Dashboards, as explained below. Or you can also do this with a special Collected Data review tool. Reviewing the data can give useful insights.

Reports

IMS can generate dynamic reports for you based on a Checklist. Just click the report button for generating a report. The Checklist results will be included in the report.

Filters

You can also review you collected data with filters in the Condition history Main Screen (grid list). For example, filter for "Checklist Validations".

Or filter for “Checklist Name” and “Checklist Issue” – the first for filtering per Checklists and the second for showing Condition histories with registered issue.

"Checklist Issues" and "Checklist Name" filters available Condition History Main Screen.

Dashboards

You can also turn the data gathered with your Dynamic Forms into customizable Dashboards and KPIs. Highlight ECHs for review by adding logic in the checklists to flag ECHs with observations leading to repairs.

Custom Query

Another option for reviewing the collected data a dedicated custom query, named “ECH Form answers and results“, can be used. The query provides all data collected with the Dynamic Form, in a grid. It can be filtered per Checklist, or per set of Equipment. The same query can be used to query the Condition history list and the Equipment list. For example, you can request to show all Equipment or Condition histories where corrosion was found.

To open the query:

  • Go to the Equipment or Condition History Main Menu.
  • Click on the User defined views button.
