This overview will explain how to use and interpret the IMS-PLSS Anomaly Details Page.

The Details Page is where the item is defined in more detail. 

To open an Anomaly Details Page, click on the desired Anomaly ID hyperlink in the Anomalies Main Screen.

The Anomalies Details Page is divided into the following sections:

  • Header 
  • Details
  • Description
  • Findings / Codes
  • Assessment
  • Attachments
  • Hyperlinks

The header of the Details Page shows the name of the Anomaly / Anomaly ID and several navigation options.

In the header the following information is shown:

ItemDescription

Anomaly number

The Anomaly number, in this example A00048.

Grey or green line

The grey line under the number means the schedule is inactive, not final approved yet. After the schedule has been approved the grey line turns green.

Create a report.

If ticked the header of the screen will be fixed.

Print all or a selection.

Shows an overview of all relevant / downloadable (help) materials related to Equipment.

Navigation feature for moving to a previous and next Anomaly.

Details

The Details show when and where was the Anomaly identified. In addition, the Anomaly Type,  Anomaly Status and Anomaly Class are displayed here, as well as the number of revisions (Rev Nr).  At the top of the screen, the Anomaly can be Edited or Deleted


The Details section displays detailed information about the Anomaly.

Description

The Description is a Rich Text Field (RTF) in which a long description of the Equipment can be provided. In this area, information about the process can be added as well as other data that is not available in the specification fields.


The Description section is where a long description of the Equipment can be provided.

 

 

Codes

In this section, the history of ECHs and Findings information will be shown to which this Anomaly is linked. Note that an anomaly can be linked to multiple conditions found codes:

Assessment

In this section the Assessment will be performed:

The Assessment section in the the Anomaly Details page.

 

The columns in this grid are:

Is Active

No, if Anomaly status is Closed and Final approved, otherwise Yes

Anomaly Status

A listbox with the following options:

  • Open (means no action needed/monitor as usual)
  • Closed
  • Not anomalous (only possible on revision 0)

Show this status also in the Details section

Rev Nr

First time starts at zero, for each row in the grid the number increases by 1. This number is shown in the Details section as well.

Date

The creation date of the row

Anomaly Class

A list box with the following options:

  • Monitor
  • No action / repaired
  • Act: investigate
  • Act now: incident

Resp Person

The person who is responsible for the anomaly, should be selected from the IMS user list.

Assessment Description

This is a copy of the text from the rich text box after you have approved the revision number.

Approval Status

Draft, Write approved, Final approval.

To create an Assessment:

  • Click on the Plus button.
  • Fill in the required fields.
  • Click Save

The Assessment can be edited by clicking the box at the beginning of the row.


To edit the Assessment click on the Edit box at the beginning of the row. 

Attachments

In this section, Attachments (pictures, documents, etc.,) can be added by clicking on the Plus button.

In this section, Hyperlinks can be added by clicking on the Plus button.
