The Equipment Details Page contains comprehensive information on a piece of Equipment. Here, you can configure Equipment, edit or delete Equipment, see recommended tasks, browse created RCM analyses, study the hierarchy, and see specs. For additional information and options, see IMS Details Page.
The Equipment Details Page can be divided into the following sections.
Header
The header of the Details Page shows the name of the Equipment and a number of navigation options.
The following items are displayed:

Equipment ID | The unique name of the Equipment, for example 1PC01-001-eq. | |
| Active | A green line under the Equipment name means the Equipment is active. Inactive Equipment has a grey underline. |
| Event History | The Event History lists the captured changes on this Equipment. Click to see the list of recorded events. |
| RCM | Redirects to the RCM analysis window, letting you inspect or edit the RCM Analyses. |
| Summarize | The Condition History Summarization Tool generates a concise, readable summary of all of the Condition Histories associated with a piece of Equipment or FLOC. |
| QR Code export | Click to download the QR code. Downloaded QR codes are in .png format with a transparent background. |
| PIN | The PIN feature allows you to pin down all related objects (for example, Schedules) based on this Equipment. |
| Reports | |
| Action items | Add, view, and manage action items. |
| Dock | Freeze the Details section to the top when scrolling down. |
| Print specific sections of the page. | |
| Backward/Forward | Navigation feature for moving to the previous and next Equipment from the overview. |

Details
The Details section shows the following key Equipment information.
The IMS FLOC Level field shows the FLOC Level read from the interfaced CMMS, when applicable. This field is not editable but calculated. If the value for the FLOC Level is not available, this field is hidden.

Editing Equipment
To edit Equipment, do the following:
Go to the Equipment Details Page.
In the Details section, click Edit.
Make the desired edits.
Click Save.
Deleting Equipment
To delete Equipment, do the following:
Go to the FLOC Details Page.
In the Details section, click Edit.
Clear the Active checkbox to make the Equipment Inactive.
Click Save.
Note
You can now see the Delete button in the Details section. If it does not show, refresh the page.
Click Delete.
Review the details on the pop-up screen and click OK (or Cancel).
Note
Before deleting Equipment, you may need to remove an Explicit object.
You will see a pop-up message stating that the deletion of the Equipment was successful.
Schedule
You can switch between the Schedule, Recommended Tasks, and Change / Deferral tabs, depending on the information you need.
The Schedules tab lists all existing schedules and allows you to add new schedules. For additional information see RCM Schedules.
The Recommended Tasks tab lists tasks used to effectively reduce the probability of negative effects caused by equipment failure.
The Change / Deferral tab lists the existing change and deferral requests. For additional information see RCM Changes and Deferrals.
Condition History
The Condition History section lists (and allows users to add) the Equipment Condition History (ECHs) or records of all the information obtained during inspections. All significant events in the life of a piece of Equipment should be recorded with an ECH. Once an ECH is written, it becomes a permanent record.

RCM Analysis
The RCM Analysis section lists all the Failure Modes assigned to the FLOC. You can add new Failure Modes, assign them to a Strategy, and delete or export Failure Modes.

Hierarchy
The Hierarchy grid shows the information on all the pieces of Equipment assigned to the FLOC and their child objects. The section shows the Type for each listed object, such as the Equipment group for the Equipment (for example, PUMP).
Description
Use the Description section to enter additional Equipment data not captured in the Details and the Specs sections. This is a Rich Text Field (RTF). For more information, see IMS Details Page.
Recommendation
Sometimes teams will suggest valuable recommendations during workshops or reviews. Use the Recommendation section to log these and any additional recommendations. This is also a Rich Text Field (RTF). For more information, see IMS Details Page.
Equipment Strategy
The Equipment strategy allows the user to record inspection scope and monitor of the Equipment Degradation Mechanisms. In edit mode, the section is shown as a Rich Text Field (RTF) with several features. For more information, see PEI Equipment Details Page.
Specs
The Specs section provides a place to record important operation parameters for the FLOC. Most Specs are implemented for each Equipment group on the Equipment Details Page. The available Specs depend on the FLOC's Location Type (for example, PUMP-FLOC). The specs listed in this Specs section can in a later stage be inherited by the Equipment, Components and Circuits if the spec is available for these objects. Drawings and Documents
Use this section to search for drawings and link them to the Equipment.
Attachments
Use this section to upload pictures, drawings, reports, and other data that you would like to include in the Equipment file. For more information on using the Attachment section, see IMS Details Page.
