Article summary

Company subsections.

In the Toplevel subsection, the Planned Events, such as "Turnarounds", "Next Opportunities" and "RBI Re-Assessments", are shown per Site \ Plant \ Unit (see Configuring the Toplevel via Settings).

However, in the Planned Events subsection of the Settings Menu, a combined list of all the Events scheduled or completed for all Plants and Units within the Site, can be viewed. The scoping bar and filters can be used to trace down the Event you are looking for. By default, the list is filtered for Event status "OPEN" .

Take note that there is also a Planned Events Main Screen. From the Planned Events Main Screen you can navigate to the Planned Events Details Pages.

By default, the list is filtered for Open Events.

The Event with "OPEN" Status has a hyperlink that will bring you to the list of uncredited Schedules for that Event.

In both subsections, several editing options are available for the Planned Events: Add, Remove, Export, Export for Import, Approve, Assign to Schedule, and Detach from Schedule.

 Approving Planned Events

Important
Planned Events require Approval, both for new events and modifying existing events. See Approving Planned Events.
Note: Planned Events can be Bulk Approved, Assigned, and Removed from Schedules. It is thus not necessary to do this manually per Schedule.

Bulk Approving Planned Events

To Bulk Approve Planned Events:

  • Select the desired Events.
  • Click the Approve button.

Click the Approve button.

Linking Schedules to Planned Events

Multiple Schedules (and Equipment without Schedules) can added to a Planned Event's scope. The easiest place to do this is from Planned Event's Details Page. However, Schedules can also be linked to a Planned Event via the Schedule Details Page (see Tying PEI Schedules to Upcoming Events) or via a template (see Scheduling Equipment for a TA (TAT module)).
