IMS allows you to change the logo used in the IMS site header and in for most reports created by IMS.
User Note
The procedure described below will change the logo used in the IMS site header and in many reports generated in IMS. In some cases, if your site uses site-specific report templates, those logos will remain unchanged by this tool.
Company Logo Requirements
To be able to change your company logo in IMS, there are some requirements for the size and format of the logo. The logo must meet the following requirements:
File Format: PNG.
Dimensions: 200×200 pixels.
File size: Smaller than 5 MB.
Changing Your Company Logo
To change the logo used in the IMS header and reports:
Open the Settings page by clicking on Settings in upper menu.
Navigate to Settings \ Company \ Organization Settings to open the Organization Settings page.
Organization Settings.
Under the Company Profile section, you will see the option to update your Company logo. Next:
Click Upload file.
Click Upload File to change your company logo.
Select the desired logo meeting the requirements outlined above using your browser’s file selection dialog.
Accept the selection.
The logo will be displayed in the IMS Site Header and in any subsequently-generated reports.
Note
In some cases, you may need to hard-refresh your browser, or to clear your browser cache to display the new logo.
Resetting Logo to Default
To reset the logo to the defaults (IMS Logo):
Navigate to Settings \ Company \ Organization Settings to open the Organization Settings page.
Under the Company Profile section:
Click Reset logo.
Click Reset logo to return to the default logo setting.
The logo will be reset to the default IMS Logo.
