This section of the Handbook deals with Schedules in FCM.
Schedules in FCM behave similarly to Schedules in other IMS modules.

Schedules in IMS FCM are used to define which inspection or maintenance tasks need to be accomplished and when.
The preferred method for creating and managing Schedules in FCM is to use the Jobs functionality. To learn more about Jobs in FCM, see: FCM Jobs and ECHs - Overview.
Schedules Main Screen
To see a list of all Schedules in FCM:
Navigate to the IMS FCM Main Menu.
Click Schedules to Schedules Main Screen.
Use the scoping bar, the filter, or the search functionality to list only your desired Schedules.
Each record in the grid list corresponds to one Schedule and summarizes the basic details related to that Schedule. To customize the grid, click on the Settings icon in the toolbar to add or remove columns.
By default, the Schedules grid list shows the following information, in addition to some additional information:
Field / Column | Description |
---|---|
Source | Displays whether the Schedule was created by a CMMS, by IMS, or by a user |
Active | The Active flag shows for each Schedule whether it is active or inactive: Active Schedule Inactive Schedule |
Schedule | Name of the Schedule, click on the hyperlink to open the Schedule details |
Description | Short Description for the selected Schedule |
Unit | Unit to which the Equipment belongs. |
Equipment ID | Equipment name |
Schedule Type | Type of Schedule |
Category | Schedule Category |
Last Execution Date | Date of execution, if the Schedule has been completed |
Due Date | Date by which the Schedule is due to be completed |
Pending Status | Status of the inspection |
Status | Approval Status for Schedule |
Discipline | Discipline assigned to Schedule |
