Condition History (full name is Equipment Condition History - ECH) is created from the Schedule when the Schedule is to be executed. The ECH enables users to add one or more Tests assigned to the Schedule. If there is a Checklist related to the Test, then the Checklist status will determine the final Status of the ECH. Corrective actions (Corrective Schedules) can be created from the ECH. When the ECH is Approved, the related Schedule (if recurring) is credited and automatically a new Schedule with a new next due date is created.
SIS ECHs are aligned with the IMS ECHs as explained in IMS Condition Histories (ECHs) across Discipline.
By default only ECHs with the SIS related Discipline (Instrumentation) will be shown in the ECH Main Screen. It is possible to use the filter to show ECHs from other Disciplines.
Take note that SIS ECHs can be created either on FLOC or Equipment level. Also, when creating an ECH in SIS it is automatically assigned to the SIS Discipline.
