SIS Schedules Overview

Prev Next

SIS Schedules are aligned with the IMS Schedules as explained in IMS Schedules (across Disciplines). Two Schedule Types are available in SIS: Test and Corrective.

By default only Schedules with the SIS related Discipline (Instrumentation) will be shown in the Schedules Main Screen. It is possible to use the filter to show Schedules from other Disciplines.

SIS Schedules are created on Equipment level and by default will have the SIS related Discipline (Instrumentation).

Creating Test Schedules

Schedules can be created for defined Tests on the Equipment, to track when the Tests will be executed.

To create a Schedule for a Test:

  • Go to the Equipment Details Page.

  • Scroll to the Schedule/Test section.

  • Click on + Create Schedule or Schedule.

Note: Schedules can also be created directly from the Schedule Main Screen or via import.

To learn more about Schedule creation see Creating Schedules.

Assigning Tests to Schedules

When a Schedule is available the Test can be assigned to the Schedule directly from the Equipment Details Page Schedule/Test section.

To assign a Test to a Schedule

  • Go to the Equipment Details Page.

  • Scroll to the Schedule/Test section.

  • Click Assign. Note: If not Schedule is available, first create a Test Schedule.

It is recommended to assign only one Test per Schedule.

Aligning Schedules to Turnarounds

Schedules can be grouped and aligned to a Turnaround (TA) or other event via Planned Events.

Executing the Scheduled Test

When the Test is Executed, the Schedule needs to be credited in an Equipment Condition History (ECH). The relevant Proof Test checklist (Dynamic Form) can be added to the ECH to guide the test and record the test finding.
