This works the same as for the other IMS products. See PEI FLOC - Overview.

Note, in contrast to PEI FLOC duplication, when SIS FLOCs are copied, IMS will duplicate both the FLOC and all associated Equipment, linking the copied Equipment to the newly created FLOC. The duplicated FLOC and its linked Equipment will be synthetic (not connected to a CMMS).
