Step 7 Determine Susceptibility to Failure (StF):

Below is explained how to implement Step 7 in the Software. See also Methodology Step 7.

To determine the Susceptibility to Failure (StF):

• Select the Criticality Assessment tab in the left section.
• Click on RBI StF…

Select the Criticality Assessment tab and click on RBI StF… to access the DM’s StF questionnaire.

 

• When applicable consult the specific Guidance per Special Emphasis or Guidance per DM (see the reference table in Methodology Step 7).
• Fill in the questionnaire based on this guidance.
• Where needed, add additional notes (in the Scenario tab) with regards to the StF assessment for later reference.

Note: “Is analysed” will automatically be checked when the questionnaire is filled in. This can be unchecked if the analysis is not yet complete.
