This article explains how to assign specific strategies to tasks within a Functional Location (FLOC) or Equipment and synchronize them with an external CMMS.
By initiating this sync from IMS, you can streamline creation of Maintenance Plans in your IMS/CMMS based on the strategies you have defined and applied.
Important
This feature is only available in the RCM module.

Reviewing the state flow (contextual information) on a Task level
The Recommended Tasks section features a dedicated CMMS Plan column, which displays the current request status and detailed task-level information. There are three layers of contextual information while the request is still not processed.
State:
PENDING (Request is Pending for processing)
ERROR (Request resulted with an error)
IMS Request number - ID of IMS request used as a reference
Strategy ID - Providing contextual information of the Strategy
Important
There is no Complete or Done state.
If the request is completed it will display the ID from the CMMS (External system), marking its completion with a response ID as a confirmation.
Example: Response to successful request
Request is pending: PENDING-{IMS Request number}-{StrategyID}

Request is completed: {CMMS_ID}
To see more detail related to the CMMS Plan:
Click on the link in the CCMS Plan column (IMS Request number or CMMS_ID) to observe the below dialogue in a read-only format.

Reviewing the comprehensive list of all Maintenance plan requests (log)
