PLSS Systems Main Screen

Take note
This overview will explain how to use and interpret the IMS PLSS System Main Screen.

The Systems Main Screen shows an overview grid with a list of Systems.

Listing Systems

To see the list of registered Systems:

  • Navigate to the IMS Main Menu.
  • Click Systems to go to Systems Main Screen.
IMS PLSS Systems Main Screen.

The first five columns are:

HeaderDescription

Checkbox

User can tick the checkbox of interest, for example for reporting.

Overall traffic light

The worst traffic light from all equipment groups in the PLSS System. Note, if a traffic light has not been set for a piece of equipment then this equipment will be ignored.

Active

If the PLSS System is active or inactive.

System ID

The PLSS equipment name.

Description

The PLSS equipment description.

From column 6 all the available Equipment groups in PLSS are shown, together with the number of Equipment assigned to the System.

In the image above the first row shows a ‘1’ in the columns Manifold and PigTrap, which means that one Manifold and one PigTrap are part of the PLSS System. Because there is no color behind the ‘1’, that means that no traffic light has been assigned to the PigTrap.

In the last column we see that the PLSS System has one Pipeline with a traffic light.
