When the ECH is complete, it must be Approved. If applicable, you can first do a level 1 Approval. The ECH will then still require Final Approval.
To do a Level 1 Approval:
- Open your Condition history details page.
- Go to the Approval section (top right).
- Click the dropdown next to the green Approve button.
- Select “LEVEL 1 APPROVED” from the dropdown.
- Click LEVEL 1 APPROVED to do a Level 1 Approval.
- Take note the Status changes from “DRAFT” to “LEVEL 1 APPROVED”.
Your condition history is now Level 1 Approved and awaits the Final Approval.
Select “LEVEL 1 APPROVED” from the dropdown and click the Approve button.
