The General TAT Workflow to follow is:
- The hierarchy (FLOCs and Equipment) is inherited from IMS.
- The Turnaround (Planned Event) should already be in IMS. See Reviewing Planned Events in Settings
- Schedule Equipment for Turnaround by importing the Turnaround scope. IMS creates a Schedule for each Equipment, connecting Equipment with the Turnarounds. See Scheduling Equipment for a TA.
- Create an Equipment Condition History (ECH) for the Equipment that is Scheduled for Turnaround. See Creating an ECH.
- Credit the Schedule in the ECH to generate the Checklists. See Crediting the Schedule in the ECH.
- Capture the findings in the ECH. Fill in the Checklists and add Observations with photos. You can also add a Narrative and annotated Drawings. See Capturing findings in the ECH.
- Generate a Discovery Work Request form, if needed. See Generating a Discovery Work Request form.
- Create a CAIR when Discovery Work is approved. See Creating a CAIR.
- Close the ECH by Approving it. See Approving the ECH.
