Tying Schedules to Upcoming Events

In IMS all Schedules (except Corrosion), can be linked to a Planned Event. This is extremely helpful when packaging Schedules that will be done during a turnaround (TA) or similar event.

The Event Date will not affect the Schedule's NID, as it does not take part in the Horserace. However, when the Schedule work has occurred during the Event and the Schedule was credited, then for recurring Schedules the LID will become the Event Date and a new NID will be determined based on this LID for the new Schedule.

Reviewing Planned Events

Planned Events (e.g. Next Opportunity, Pit Stop, Turnaround, Statutory Inspection, RBI Re-assessment) are registered on each processing Plant or Unit. You will find (and can filter) all Planned Events in the Planned Events Main Menu.

Alternatively, the Planned Events can also be found on Plant and Unit Level in Settings\Company\Toplevel

Each Planned Event has an Event Date.
