The RBI 581 Main screen shows an overview grid, with a list of RBI 581 Analyses.

To see the list of RBI 581 Analyses:

  • Go to the IMS Main Menu.

  • Click RBI 581 to go to the RBI 581 Main Screen. Note: When RBI 581 is active the RB 581 Main Screen (grid list) should be available in your Navigation. In the case where you have both methodologies you will have the RBI Main Screen (grid list) available for S-RBI and the RBI 581 Main Screen (grid list) available for RBI 581. If you don’t see the RBI 581 Main Screen, go to My Account to add it to your view.

 

 

  • Each record shows several fields, summarizing the RBI 581 Analysis. To see more, click on the Settings button in the toolbar and add additional fields.

There are several shortcuts or available features that the RBI 581 toolbar can be used for. For more information see IMS Main Screen (Grid List).

Future Risk (calculating what-if scenarios of acceptable risk changes)

The Future Risk button can be used to calculate what-if scenarios of acceptable risk changes.

To calculate the what-if scenarios of acceptable risk changes:

  • Select the relevant analysis rows in the grid.

  • Click the Future Risk button.

  • A model window will pop-up with the selected analyses.

  • Select a Planned Date.

  • Select an Inspection Effectiveness.

  • Click Calculate.

Exporting RBI 581 Probability of Failure (PoF) data

If you need to audit, adjust, or migrate large sets of PoF inputs, IMS provides two Export formats to help you work more efficiently with PoF data in Dynamic Forms.

When exporting PoF data, you can choose between:

  • Standard Export for Import – Use this format when you plan to re‑import structured PoF data back into IMS.

  • Pivoted Export – Use this format if you want to analyze the data, perform QA checks, or compare values across multiple assets.

The Import PoF data:

  • Go to the RBI 581 Main Screen (grid list).

  • Select the Analyses for which you want to export the PoF data.

  • Click the Export button.

  • Click here to export for Import Probability of Failure Data.

  • Update the exported file.

  • When done, go back to the RBI 581 Main Screen, or Settings\Data Transfer\Import Data to import your file via the import wizard.

  • After the import review and validate imported PoF values.

  • Trigger the PoF calculation.

From the RBI 581 Main Screen, several filters can be used to drill down the search results for the shown list of RBI 581 Analyses.

To filter a list:

  • Click on the filter button.

  • Check the filters that you want to use.

  • Click Show ….
