Connecting MiRO Equipment

This article will explain how, at MiRO, pieces of Equipment can be connected in IMS.

Connecting Equipment

To connect pieces of Equipment:

• Open the Equipment Details Page.
• Scroll down to the Connected Equipment section.
• Click the Plus button.

• Select the desired pieces of Equipment. Note: Remember that you can also use the Search and Scoping Bar in the top.
• Click Save.

The Equipment IDs will be added as hyperlinks. You can navigate to the connected Equipment from here. The Equipment from which the connection was created will now also be shown on the connected Equipment Details Page. 

Pinning Connected Equipment

You can pin your connected Equipment so that the Equipment grid is filtered for these pieces of Equipment, it will also stick across the other menus, i.e., only the Circuits, Schedules and ECHs for these pieces of Equipment will show.

To pin all your connected Equipment:

• Open your Equipment Details Page (see IMS Details Page).
• Scroll to the Connected Equipment Section.
• Click the pin button.

• You will see per Menu how many items are linked to your pinned pieces of Equipment.
