Piping Class Compliance Check

Prev Next

For MiRO all CMLs of all the Circuits associated with an ECH's Equipment are checked based on predefined Piping Class Compliance Data.

The compliance check involves:

  • For Pipe CMLs, a Piping Class needs to be selected.

  • On the Equipment Details Page a MAX OPERATING PRESSURE and MAX OPERTATING TEMPERATURE can be defined in the Specs.

Note

Specs are not available contact your Focal Point as these Specs need to be activated in the M-IDAP Application Settings.

  • Max Temperate-Pressure pairs are predefined per Piping Class. You can review these predefined pairs in the M-IDAP settings.

  • The check compares the Equipment’s Temperature and Pressure specs with the Piping Class’s Max Temperate-Pressure pairs.

  • If the Equipment’s Pressure exceeds the defined Max Pressure for the related Temperature, then a Warning is shown on the ECH.

  • Long-term warnings take precedence over short-term warnings. Only one warning will show.
