Schedules
The Schedule tab contains the required pipe sizes with their wall thickness for the designed piping class.
The wall thickness can be expressed in standard pipe schedules or in mm. The latter will always have 1 decimal (e.g. 20.0) to avoid confusion with existing schedules (e.g. 20).
The pipe sizes used in the piping classes are in accordance with DEP 31.38.01.11-Gen., with a maximum of DN1800.

You can use the filters to see specific Schedules. For more information on filters see CAPS2025 Main Screens.
Design Limit
The Design limit tab contains the pressure and temperature ratings for the designed piping class, based on ASME B16.5, but sometimes de-rated on account of wall thickness, valves or bolting material.

Components
The Component tab contains the components, selected for the designed piping class.

The minimum and maximum pipe diameter of a component are optional. If no diameter has been filled in, the program will retrieve all the data from the database which comply with the given pipe diameters and schedules in the piping class.
Assembly

Note
The Note window contains the notes applicable to the designed piping class which have been selected from a database.
