Icon Description automatically generated All the Recommendations, entered on the HAZOP Tab, for the HAZOP version that is currently open, are summarized here. You can click on the Recommendation’s hyperlink to navigate back to that Recommendation card on the HAZOP Tab.

Here you can set the Recommendation Status and enter the Close out description. All Recommendations must have the Status "Completed" together with a Close out description, before the HAZOP can be Approved.
