Here both the Active and (previously) Approved LOPA versions are shown. The Approved versions are the previously Approved LOPAs. When a LOPA is put back into Draft (after it was Approved) an Archived version of the Approved LOPA is created.
Opening a specific LOPA version
To open a specific LOPA version in the LOPA Tab:
- Click on the Revision History Tab.
- Click on the version Name’s Hyperlink.
While on the Revision History Tab, click on the Hyperlink to open a revision. - You will be directed to the LOPA Tab and the selected LOPA revision will be shown.
Take note that you can only edit the current (Active) version.
