Witnessing Dashboard

The Witnessing functionality has been developed for sites requiring documented Approvals of inspection activities. Witnessing is a specific feature for additional supervision and authority reviews on Schedules and ECHs, besides the regular Approval flow. 

The Witnessing Dashboard provides summarized information for:

  • Schedules Witnessing.
  • ECHs / Condition History entries Witnessing.

The information shown is listed in the table below. Each Query provides a list (or lists) of Schedules or ECHs. Navigate to the lists by clicking on the links.

Schedule Witnessing

SCHED SUPERVISION REQUIRED

Schedules marked for Supervision by a Sr Insp/Eng. Batch update is available to do batch Approve.

SCHED AUTHORITY REQUIRED

Schedules marked for Authority Witnessing. Batch update is available to do Batch Approve.

REVIEW

Schedules being reviewed (Supervision), per Approval status (i.e. Disapproved, Supervised).

SCH SELECTION

Schedules with Authority Witnessing, per selected Approval option (e.g. No, Yes (Only Scope Review), Yes (Scope Review and Field Inspection), etc.).

SCH SELECTION WITH NCR

Schedules with NCR checked during Authority Witnessing.

SCH SELECTION WITH NCR CLOSED

Schedules with NCR Closed checked during Authority Witnessing.

SR INSP/ENG WITNESSED LAST MONTH

Schedules Supervised Approved by a SR INSP/ENG inspector last month (Supervised).

AUTHORITY WITNESSED LAST MONTH

Schedules Witnessed by an AUTHORITY last month.

ECH Witnessing
