To provide a summary of the status of Action Items, IMS includes the IMS Action Items Dashboard. The Dashboard includes:
Open vs Closed Action Items
Action Items recently Opened and Closed
A breakdown of Action Items by urgency
A breakdown of Action Items by assigneee
Access the Action Item Insights Dashboard
To view the Action Item Insights Dashboard:
Navigate to the Dashboards Main Screen by clicking Dashboard in the Main Menu.
Select Action Item Insights from the top left hand drop-down menu.
