For Fabric Maintenance (FM) you need to use AREA-FLOCs. These FLOCs are used to group multiple FLOCs. This way FM Areas are recreated in IMS and the applicable PEI and Civil FM CAIRs can be grouped according to the FM Areas.
Creating AREA-FLOCs
To create an AREA-FLOC:
Go to the FLOC Main Screen.
Click + to create a new FLOC.
Fill in the details and select "AREA-FLOC" for the Location Type.
You will be redirected to the AREA-FLOC Details Page (see IMS Details Page). Here you can assign the FLOCs (that should be grouped) to your AREA-FLOC.
Take Note
In the FLOC Main Screen, you can use the scoping bar, the filter, or the search functionality to list and find desired FLOCs.
For more information on this see PEI FLOC - Main Screen.

To pin your FLOCs:

You will see per Menu how many items are linked to your pinned FLOCs.
AREA Equipment
Go to the Hierarchy Section of the AREA-FLOC Details Page. From here you can create new AREA Equipment. Here you will also see all Equipment assigned to the AREA-FLOC.
See also FM Hierarchy.
Area Design Data
The AREA-FLOC Details Page also contains an Area design section. In this section you can see the Total Surface of the AREA-FLOC, its PEI, CIVIL and Total Weight as well as its Condition (Poor, Fair or Good). The PEI, CIVIL, and Total Weight influence the sequence in which Areas are inspected, ensuring critical elements are addressed promptly. The higher the number, the bigger the priority. This data can be exported and imported as needed.
More details on the FLOC Details Page
For the rest the AREA-FLOC is similar to the PEI FLOC Details Page.
