CCD Reporting and Approval

To access the Corrosion Control Documents (CCDs):

  • Open the Corrosion Loop Details Page. See IMS Details Page.
  • Click the CCD button.

IMS keeps track of when the CCD has been updated by means of Revisioning and CCD Approval.

This interface enables you to go through the different CCDs in the hierarchy and review the specific narratives.

Changes in the Unit and Corrosion Loop narratives should be approved for the CCD. To do so:

  • Select the appropriate Unit in the Hierarchy (on the left).
  • Update the Unit Narrative if needed.
  • Click Approve when done.

To generate a CCD report:

  • Click on the report button.
Click on the report button to generate a report.
