SAP S4 Improvements
All the functionalities described in this section are available only if the SAP S4 interface is Active.
MDG Request Number and Status Added to Corrosion and Inspection Schedules
Two new fields MDG Request Number and MDG Request Status were added to the Recurring Corrosion and Inspection Schedules Details sections.

URL to MOC Link Added to Schedule Details Page
We have added a new link called "URL to MOC" to all Schedule Details Pages (except the Default Schedules). This link serves as a direct gateway to the MOC tool, which is an extension within SAP that facilitates communication between SAP and IMS. By clicking on the URL to MOC link, you can access the extension and navigate to the MOC module in ADC for translational data changes. The URL to MOC link can be modified from the Settings under Settings / Maintenance / Configuration / Application Settings.
Pop-up Notification After Schedule Approval
A pop-up notification will appear when you Approve any Schedules except the Default Schedule. Clicking on the Approve button in the Schedule triggers a pop-up note which will inform you that the Approval is not automatically sent to S4 and that you need to create a request to update the MOC S4 ADC by clicking on the URL to MOC link in the Schedule Details Page.
