Release 2023.3
Note: These Release Notes only cover specific CMMS enhancements. All other enhancements, not related to specific disciplines, are described in the IMS Planform (General) Release Notes.
S4 Interfacing
IMS now supports interfacing with S4. The following updates were made in IMS to enable this.
S4 Maintenance Plan Updates
System Status updated
Before, the modal window for the Maintenance Plan in the Schedule Details Page, always showed the actual text in the System status field. Now if the System status field is "I0001", IMS will show "ACTIVE"; if it is "I0320" IMS will show INACTIVE; and else, IMS will still show the actual System status text (for example "CRTD" as shown in the example image below).
When the System status is "I0001" then "ACTIVE" is shown::

When the System status is "I0320" then "INACTIVE" is shown:

When the System status is something else, like "CRTD", then the actual text is shown:

Please re-check the configuration. "

Re-Approving S4 Schedules triggers message
When a Schedule is backed out from FINAL APPROVED to DRAFT state and when the following conditions are met:
- The Schedule is not type DEFAULT.
- The Schedule is interfaced with SAP, i.e., it has the SAP Order number set.
- S4 is enabled in the IMS application settings.
Then, when the Schedule is Final Approved again, a pop-up with a new message will be displayed before you will can add a Reason and Save. The message states that:
- The update is not automatically sent to S4.
- Please create a Transactional Data Change Request in ADC MOC by using the link in the schedule.
- For NID update of Category A and D schedules, please create a deferral Request in FSR.

FLOC Level Data Added
We added FLOC Level Data to several different places in IMS. The FLOC Level is read from the S4 interface.
Both the FLOC Main Screen and the Equipment Main Screen now include a column called FLOC Level. The column is optional, hidden by default, but can be made visible in the Toolbar Grid Settings. This new column in the Equipment Main Screen specifically shows the level of the parent FLOC.
Both the FLOC Details Page and the Equipment Details Page have been updated to include the FLOC Level field. This field is located in the Details section under Hierarchies and Systems. The FLOC Level field in the Equipment Details Page specifically shows the level of the parent FLOC. This field is not editable but calculated. If the value for the FLOC Level is not available, this field is hidden.
