PEI: Main RBI applied to "Non-Storage Tanks"

IMSFB-37107

Equipment of type Tank can be marked as "Non Storage Tanks". In this case not the Tank RBI methodology applies, but rather the main RBI methodology. Therefore, in the case that an RBI Analysis has already been done, the user will be prompted to map the Tank DMs to normal DMs. In addition, the Confidence and StF will be reset so that the Tank can be assessed with the Main RBI methodology like a "normal" Equipment, with the half life IF table.

In case there are some issues you will get a warning with additional instructions.

Validation is added in a case when a Non-Tank Degradation Mechanism is attempted to be assigned to a Tank Component.

User Instructions

To learn how to mark a piece of Equipment as a Non-Storage Tank Equipment see: Tank Equipment.

General: Schedules and ECHs standardized across Discipline

Schedules and ECHs are now aligned across Disciplines. For this the RCM Schedules and ECHs were updated.

Aligning RCM Schedules and ECHs with Schedules and ECH across Discipline

IMSD-34280

The RCM Schedules and ECHs have been aligned with the general IMS Schedules and ECH, that are now being used across all Disciplines.

  • RCM now have both the ECH and Schedules Main Screens. The grids are aligned with those in PEI, except for some minor adjustments. For instance RCM Schedules shows Source, but no NID timeline. The grids show all ECHs / Schedules (PEI, RCM, CIVIL, PLSS, TAT, FMA) from Equipment that are visible in RCM.
  • Also the PEI Equipment Detail Pages, Schedules Main Screen, and ECH Main Screen now show RCM Discipline Schedules and ECHs.
  • The RCM Schedule and ECH Details Pages have also been aligned with the PEI Details Pages, with some minor adjustments. Like the ECH Details Page show the Corrective Work Order / Predictive Work Order section and RCM Schedules don't show RBI information, Plan Codes or Tasks.
  • It is also possible to create Schedules and ECHs from RCM. The Schedules creation screen have been updated to show relevant Schedules Types and Schedule Drivers. In RCM Schedules and ECHs can be created on either FLOC or Equipment level.
