The current version of IMS is a web-based application. Cenosco recommends the use of Cenosco Cloud services to allow for continuous delivery of bug fixes and updates to IMS.
For users that use on-premises hosting for IMS, the following is a list of the hardware and software requirements for a typical IMS deployment.
Note
For on-premises deployments, Cenosco will require temporary remote access as well as temporary local administrator access for the purpose of installing and upgrading IMS on the webserver.

Other Database Requirements
Access to Azure Blob Storage is recommended for all deployments beginning with IMS Release 2024.3 for optimum database performance.
IMS4Field System Requirement
IMS4Field requires iOS 17 or later for Apple devices. Since iOS 16 is no longer supported by Apple, and due to technical limitations, we will also discontinue support for iOS 16 and earlier versions.
