Dashboard Improvements
The Dashboards have been improved with a number of features.
Closing the gap
KPI elements supports percentage
Dashboard KPI elements now support percentage, where a single count can be displayed as a percentage of the total.

Better Dashboard Management
Some features have been added to help user manage their Dashboards better.
Favoriting
Users can now set a Dashboard as a favorite (for themselves). A user’s favorites will show in the top of his/her Dashboard list.

Dashboards shown in Custom Reports
A Dashboard overview is now available as an option under Custom reports.

New Dashboard features
Historic data
IMS can store the historic counts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and can then display these numbers in the Dashboard. It can also compare the historic and current counts.
Limitation: There are no section filters or drilldowns on historic data. This is to avoid unnecessary slowness, which previously occurred with the global Dashboards. Rather, to ensure optimal speed, every Dashboard can be set up to track specific KPIs. For this a special Dashboard element is available (see below).
KPIs through time
IMS can now provide detailed tracking of numbers trough time, with visualizations.
Every element can have this as an option or can be extended as an element in a Dashboard.
Direct link
Dashboard urls now include the Dashboard id, which makes it is possible to have a link to a specific Dashboard, for example “/#dashboards/50”.
Search on dashboard element with grid
The search and export functionalities are now included, by default, on all "Actual data" elements in the Dashboard.

IOW improvements
IOWs now have their own Main Screen (grid list) and Details Pages.
IOW Main Screen (grid list)
An IOW Main Screen (grid list) is now available. The IOW Main Screen Menu can be activated in My Account.

In addition to the normal IOW information (as was shown in the Corrosion Loop Details Page) the following is also shown in the IOW Main Screen:
- IOW ID (new)
- Corrosion Loop Name & Number
- Statistics – Nr. Exceedances & Nr. Exceedances Last Year
- Last Exceedance Date
- Criticality Rating (from the Corrosion Loop)

Extended IOW grid filter
The IOW Main Screen’s grid filter includes both range filters (see (1) below) and regular filters (see (2) below):

The following advanced exceedance range filters are included:
1. Text range filters – filters text fields on multiple strings simultaneously
- Corrosion Loop Name – filters on list of Corrosion Loop Names
- Corrosion Loop Number – filters on list of Corrosion Loop Numbers
- IOW Range – filters on list of IOW Names

2. Date range filters – filters date fields between a start and end date
- Exceedance Start Date Range - filters on Exceedance Start Date within range
- Exceedance End Date Range - filters on Exceedance End Date within range
- Last Exceedance Date - filters on Last Exceedance Date within range

3. Number range filters – filters numeric fields within a range
- Exceedance Duration in hours - filters on Exceedance Duration in hours within range
- Exceedance Number Range - filters on Exceedance Number within range

- Exceedance Target % Range - filters on Exceedance Target % within range
- Exceedance Integrity % Range - filters on Exceedance Integrity % within range
- Exceedance Average Target % Range - filters on Exceedance Average Target % within range
Example (see below): Below filter criteria returned 1 IOW that has: at least one record with Target Exceedance % between 5% and 30%, an integrity Exceedance greater than 5%, and an Average Target Exceedance lower than 80%, as shown in the PI Exceedance grid in the IOW details.
4. Regular filters - filters fields on values present in the data base
- Barrier Connected - filters grid on Barrier Connected (Yes/No)
- Exceedance Start Date Category - filters on Last Exceedance Date based on predefined categories
- Exceedance Status - filters on Exceedance Status from cards on details screen

- Exceeded Average
- Exceeded Integrity
- Exceeded Target

Expanded view in main grid
A record in the Main Screen grid can be expanded to show:
- List of all Barriers connected to selected IOW, and

- Concerns.

Pin
The pin in the IOW Main Screen is based on the parent Corrosion Loop. Pinning an IOW behaves the same as pinning its Parent Corrosion loop.

Standard grid export
The standard grid export generates an .xls with columns visible on the grid:

Export for import
Export for import is also available.

PI Status added
For clarity, in addition to the IOW Quality indicator, a PI Status is now also shown on the IOW Main Screen:
- Fill in recommended fields
- Not interfaced with PI service
- Connect to a barrier
- Interfaced with PI and connected to a barrier

IOW Details Page (incl. exceedances)
The IOW Details Page shows details related to a single IOW. The IOW details can also be edited here.

Exceedance Timeline
The Details Page includes an Exceedances section. This shows an exceedance timeline.

In the above screencap you can see the following:
1. Filters:
a. Predefined filters - to mark a period in which exceedance occurred on the graph
b. Custom filters - opens additional options
2. Additional options for the custom filter:
a. Start of a time interval to mark – sets 3c line in graph
b. End of a time interval to mark – sets 3d line in graph
c. Button to apply selected options to graph
3. Timeline representation of exceedance:
a. Starting time of first exceedance
b. A single exceedance shown on the timeline
c. Starting time for selected filter (custom filter option 2a sets this)
d. Ending time for selected filter (custom filter option 2b sets this)
e. Today’s date
4. Recalculate: This can be used to recalculate the exceedances based on the latest PI data and filter settings.
Exceedance Graphs
In addition to the timeline, the exceedances are also displayed in graphs:

- Title – 4 concatenated values:
- PI/Virtual tag name
- Variable
- Measurement Frequency
- PI. Eng. Unit
- Days in exceedance overview
- Total number of days spent in exceedance

- PI Exceedance status – status can be set to one of 3 options:

- Note – a note can be added for each exceedance in RTF
The graph can be expanded to full screen:

In full screen the % above or below the target value shows and is calculated as follows:
- % below target = (1 - (value / target min value)) * 100)
- % above target = ((value / target max value) - 1) * 100)
Corrosion Loop related IOW updates
IOW description shown on Barrier card
Barrier cards now show the IOW’s Virtual tag description, when applicable.

IOW’s Description and Eng. Units synced with PI Tag
The Get PI Values button on the IOW grid will now sync (update) the “Description” and “Eng. Unit” from the PI Tag.
IOW ID added to Corrosion Loop Details Page
The IOW ID field was also added to the Corrosion Loop Details Page in the Integrity Operating Window grid.

Classifying FLOCs, Equipment, ECHs and Schedules with methodology and discipline
IMS now classifies FLOC and Equipment in terms of their methodology and discipline.
Displaying the FLOC & Equipment Owners & Module visibility
The Methodology Bitmask is now displayed at the FLOC and Equipment level, to show in which modules they are visible, as well as who the owner is. This enables Sites to assign clear ownership to a discipline. This information will be shown in all modules: PEI, RCM, SIS, PLSS, TAT, and FCM.
Note: Bitmasks can only be updated/changed by Cenosco. Sites should submit support requests for Bitmask changes. The Bitmask field is read-only and cannot be imported by users.
Read-only fields were added to the FLOC and Equipment Detail Pages:

A column, as well as a filter, for the Bitmask has also been added to the FLOC and Equipment Main Screen grids:

When hovering over the Owner icon, an information text will show:

Change in Owner (from PEI to RCM) logged in Event History
Event History will be created when the Methodology Bitmask is changed from PEI to RCM. This provides a way to know when PEI agreed to have the Equipment analyzed/managed by RCM only, as well as a way to search / filter for Equipment with a PEI object type, which are managed by RCM.

CMMS Improvements
Some additional CMMS related improvements have been made, mainly with regards to displaying SAP related data in IMS. Also, the ECH Backout warning has been updated to explain the impact to CMMS interfaced sites.
SAP Error description added
Now, when the Schedule Notification from SAP is an error messages, then in addition to the “Error” status, also the error description will show in the information box.

SAP & SAP BLP Dashboard - Methodology mismatches shown
Methodology mismatches are now shown for all CMMS systems and all modules.

Updated ECH Backout warning
The warning messages for the ECH backout functionality has been updated to:
“The ECH backout should only be used when the user selected the wrong schedule to be credited or entered an ECH in the wrong equipment.
To add narrative (text) or attachment, you only need to “edit” the ECH.
If the site is interfaced with CMMS system, backout ECH might result in a new schedule and tracking number created and the Maintenance Plan might be disconnected, in which case appropriate mitigation steps should be taken.”
However, when the Application Setting "Allow editing of Condition History after Final Approval?" is not turned on, then the last sentence "To add narrative (text) or attachment, you only need to “edit” the ECH." will be hidden.
SAP Equipment # & SAP Maintenance Plan # shown for FLOCs
On the FLOC Details Page, in the Condition History area, 1 columns was added: SAP Equipment Number. SAP Maintenance Plan Number is added into column Credited Schedules. These two fields come from the Equipment and the Schedule credited. This will enable sites to see what Equipment was previously installed in the FLOC, together with the Maintenance Plan associated with the credited Schedule (i.e., the replacement improvement related to the Maintenance Plan).

Additionally, the SAP Maintenance Plan Number was added to the Schedule Details Page and import template.

This will only be visible and editable if, in Application Settings, the “Enable SAP Schedule Maintenance Plans” is set to true.

Other ONE IMS Improvements
IMS has also been improved in terms of usability, Dynamic forms, etc.
Usability
Informing users of a slow network
In case of a slow network, a “slow network” icon is now shown in the header, with the text on hover: "Your connection is slow".

Dynamic Forms
Dynamic Forms repository
There is now a shared Dynamic form repository where users can publish their checklists. From here others can then import these published checklists to their sites.
Support for rich text in Dynamic Forms
Rich text is now supported by Dynamic forms via the Rich Text input type.
Category List included in Dynamic Form Default Data Bind
The Dynamic Form Data Bind now also includes Category lists. This way a user can show something like the Worst Consequence = “N”.

Changed User Name and Short Name logic
13844
Often in IMS the “Short Name” is used to display which user created / modified / approved something. However, “Short Name” is not a mandatory field, and thus users tend to skip this when creating an account.
For this reason, a Warning will show when the “Short Name” is empty upon saving, and the “Short Name” will then be updated with the “User Name”.

Added Responsible Person in ECH grid
13648
The “Responsible Person” field was added to the ECH Main Screen grid and filter.

Prefilled Module field on Feedback form
The module field in the feedback form is now prefilled. The field is mandatory and helps with the grouping of tickets.
