Test environment updates for all sites

In this release we focused on updating the Shell IMS Portal.

Updates for Shell IMS Portal

Retiring the document section in the IMS Portal

IMSFB-30285

The Portal’s document section has been retired, as this information is now available in the Handbook (IMS Handbook (cenosco.com)).

Updated discipline/methodology list in IMS Portal

IMSFB-30199

The list of disciplines/methodologies have been updated in the Portal. FMA, Electrical and TAT have been added. Where disciplines overlap, icons are shown in the same color.

Condensing the IMS Portal information

IMSFB-29856

The information shown in the IMS Portal has been condensed. White spaces and repetitive headings have been removed.

Additional drawing info added

IMSFB-30871

We added a Drawing field that can be defined for every site.

Dashboard Improvements

The Dashboards have been improved with a number of features.

Closing the gap

KPI elements supports percentage

IMSFB-30261

Dashboard KPI elements now support percentage, where a single count can be displayed as a percentage of the total.

Better Dashboard Management

Some features have been added to help user manage their Dashboards better.

Favoriting

IMSFB-29329

IMSFB-20058

Users can now set a Dashboard as a favorite (for themselves). A user’s favorites will show in the top of his/her Dashboard list.

Dashboards shown in Custom Reports

IMSFB-29039

A Dashboard overview is now available as an option under Custom reports.

New Dashboard features

Historic data

IMSFB-29331

IMS can store the historic counts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and can then display these numbers in the Dashboard. It can also compare the historic and current counts.

Limitation: There are no section filters or drilldowns on historic data. This is to avoid unnecessary slowness, which previously occurred with the global Dashboards. Rather, to ensure optimal speed, every Dashboard can be set up to track specific KPIs. For this a special Dashboard element is available (see below).

KPIs through time

IMSFB-29332

IMS can now provide detailed tracking of numbers trough time, with visualizations.
Every element can have this as an option or can be extended as an element in a Dashboard.

Direct link

IMSFB-29867

Dashboard urls now include the Dashboard id, which makes it is possible to have a link to a specific Dashboard, for example “/#dashboards/50”.

Search on dashboard element with grid

IMSFB-30303

The search and export functionalities are now included, by default, on all "Actual data" elements in the Dashboard.

IOW improvements

IOWs now have their own Main Screen (grid list) and Details Pages.

IOW Main Screen (grid list)

IMSFB-31023

An IOW Main Screen (grid list) is now available. The IOW Main Screen Menu can be activated in My Account.

In addition to the normal IOW information (as was shown in the Corrosion Loop Details Page) the following is also shown in the IOW Main Screen:

  1. IOW ID (new)
  2. Corrosion Loop Name & Number
  3. Statistics – Nr. Exceedances & Nr. Exceedances Last Year
  4. Last Exceedance Date
  5. Criticality Rating (from the Corrosion Loop)

Classifying FLOCs, Equipment, ECHs and Schedules with methodology and discipline

IMS now classifies FLOC and Equipment in terms of their methodology and discipline.

Displaying the FLOC & Equipment Owners & Module visibility

IMSFB-29084

The Methodology Bitmask is now displayed at the FLOC and Equipment level, to show in which modules they are visible, as well as who the owner is. This enables Sites to assign clear ownership to a discipline. This information will be shown in all modules: PEI, RCM, SIS, PLSS, TAT, and FCM.

Note: Bitmasks can only be updated/changed by Cenosco. Sites should submit support requests for Bitmask changes. The Bitmask field is read-only and cannot be imported by users.

Read-only fields were added to the FLOC and Equipment Detail Pages:

Change in Owner (from PEI to RCM) logged in Event History

IMSFB-20351

Event History will be created when the Methodology Bitmask is changed from PEI to RCM. This provides a way to know when PEI agreed to have the Equipment analyzed/managed by RCM only, as well as a way to search / filter for Equipment with a PEI object type, which are managed by RCM.

CMMS Improvements

Some additional CMMS related improvements have been made, mainly with regards to displaying SAP related data in IMS. Also, the ECH Backout warning has been updated to explain the impact to CMMS interfaced sites.

SAP Error description added

IMSFB-30768

Now, when the Schedule Notification from SAP is an error messages, then in addition to the “Error” status, also the error description will show in the information box.

IMSFB-30783

Methodology mismatches are now shown for all CMMS systems and all modules.

Updated ECH Backout warning

IMSFB-30872

The warning messages for the ECH backout functionality has been updated to:

“The ECH backout should only be used when the user selected the wrong schedule to be credited or entered an ECH in the wrong equipment.

To add narrative (text) or attachment, you only need to “edit” the ECH.

If the site is interfaced with CMMS system, backout ECH might result in a new schedule and tracking number created and the Maintenance Plan might be disconnected, in which case appropriate mitigation steps should be taken.”

However, when the Application Setting "Allow editing of Condition History after Final Approval?" is not turned on, then the last sentence "To add narrative (text) or attachment, you only need to “edit” the ECH." will be hidden.

SAP Equipment # & SAP Maintenance Plan # shown for FLOCs

IMSFB-31364

On the FLOC Details Page, in the Condition History area, 1 columns was added: SAP Equipment Number. SAP Maintenance Plan Number is added into column Credited Schedules. These two fields come from the Equipment and the Schedule credited. This will enable sites to see what Equipment was previously installed in the FLOC, together with the Maintenance Plan associated with the credited Schedule (i.e., the replacement improvement related to the Maintenance Plan).

Graphical user interface, application Description automatically generated

Additionally, the SAP Maintenance Plan Number was added to the Schedule Details Page and import template.

Other ONE IMS Improvements

IMS has also been improved in terms of usability, Dynamic forms, etc.

Usability

Informing users of a slow network

IMSFB-29258

In case of a slow network, a “slow network” icon is now shown in the header, with the text on hover: "Your connection is slow".

Dynamic Forms

Dynamic Forms repository

IMSFB-30959

There is now a shared Dynamic form repository where users can publish their checklists. From here others can then import these published checklists to their sites.

Support for rich text in Dynamic Forms

IMSFB-30951

Rich text is now supported by Dynamic forms via the Rich Text input type.

Category List included in Dynamic Form Default Data Bind

The Dynamic Form Data Bind now also includes Category lists. This way a user can show something like the Worst Consequence = “N”.

Changed User Name and Short Name logic

13844

Often in IMS the “Short Name” is used to display which user created / modified / approved something. However, “Short Name” is not a mandatory field, and thus users tend to skip this when creating an account.

For this reason, a Warning will show when the “Short Name” is empty upon saving, and the “Short Name” will then be updated with the “User Name”.
