RBI Analysis Timestamp

IMSFB-3893

On the RBI, functionality was added for the last Analysis Date. When a user changes a field value (on any of the below listed tabs), the last Analysis Date column will be updated and shown in the grid. This impact is valid only for the below tabs:

  • Lining/Coating
  • Criticality Assessment
  • Remnant Life
  • Confidence

The Analysis Date field in the Analysis grid:

You can also filter on the Analysis Date:

Take Note
Analysis dates are not retroactively updated. This is only for new changes. If you need to capture the date for existing analysis, please submit a request by using the Feedback button.

Tank RBI Changes

IMSFB-34327

Tank RBI Analysis now also on Component level

IMSFB-34328

For Tanks it is now possible to do RBI Analyses on either Component, or Sub-Component level. Note: The RBI functionality on Sub-Component level has remained as-is.

Linking to normal CLs

It is now possible, when a Tank Component is created, to link it to a normal Corrosion Loop (CL).

Assigning a normal CL to a Tank Component.

When a Tank Component is linked to a normal CL, no Sub-Components will be created. Note: When no CL is selected, a Tank CL will still automatically be created, together with the applicable Sub-Components.

Assigning DMs to Tank Components

When the Tank Component is linked to a normal CL, users can assign Degradation Mechanisms (DMs) directly to the Tank Component. This can be done from the CL (in the Component/RBI Section), or from the Equipment or Component (in the RBI Analysis Section).

Assigning DMs on Component level. The Mapped Tank DM is also shown.

The following must be true for a DM to be available to assign to the Component:

  • The DM has to be in the Corrosion Loop already.
  • The DM must be mapped to a Tank DM (T-DM).  Note: This is done in the Settings.
  • The DM must be allowed for the applicable Component Type.

Only if the above is true will a DM (as well as its mapped T-DM) be available for assigning to the Tank Component.

There is one exception:

  • The "NON-CORROSIVE" DM will always be available for assigning, as long as it is part of the CL. It thus does not depend on the Component Type or mapping to a T-DM. Note: On Sub-Components the "NON-CORROSIVE" DM is now also always available, without a questionnaire.

DMs are mapped to T-DMs in Settings.

RBI Analysis

The RBI Analysis on Component level, will be just like on Sub-Component level. In other words the following remains unchanged on Component level:

  • Users will get the applicable Tank StF questionnaire (based on Component and mapped T-DM).
  • Users will get the Tank Confidence questionnaire.
  • The normal Tank Full life IF table is used.

The only difference is that there is no Load Case calculations on these Tank Components. Thus the Remnant Life Tab is, in this case, not used for Load Case 1 calculations.

Hints added to Remnant Life, RBI Specs and Confidence Tabs

IMSFB-34334

IMSFB-34332

IMSFB-34330

In the RBI Analysis blue icons for providing extra information were added on the Tank Remand Life Tab to provide additional information with regards to the Corrosion Data (for Sub-Components).

On the RBI Specs Tab a hint was added to explain the Is Pitting checkbox.

A hint was also added on the Confidence Tab to provide guidance on how to answer the Confidence questions, and specifically the Reliable Inspections questions in terms of Inspection Efficiency (A, B, C, D, E).

Better description for Load Cases

IMSFB-34331

On Tank Equipment, better descriptions were added for Load Cases 2 and 3. Also for Load Case 1 (done on the RL Tab for Sub-Components) the description was updated.

RBI Optimization Dashboard showing Tank misalignments

IMSFB-34329

A new Query was added to the ”RBI Optimisation” Dashboard to easily find tank confidence ratings that are missing an answer.

Reusing RBI Analyses

IMSFB-31883

A Reuse Analysis button is now available on Equipment Details Page, in the RBI section.

When clicked, the available Equipment from which an Component and Analysis can be copied from, will be shown.

When Copy is clicked, the selected Equipment's Component and Analysis are cloned to the current Equipment.

The button is only visible if the current Equipment has no Analysis, while the Parent Floc do have an Analysis.

The "Reusable Analysis from Floc" filter was added to Equipment Main Screen.

Reactivated REHEAT CRACKING DM

IMSFB-33336

The legacy Degradation Mechanism REHEAT CRACKING (LEGACY) has been reactivated as REHEAT CRACKING and can be selected in Corrosion Loops and assigned to Components.

New Component Types for Skid/Package Units

IMSFB-28455

The Component Types PIPE and TUBES were added to SKID/PACKAGE UNITS Type Equipment.

SOIL TO AIR Component added for PIPING SYSTEMs

IMSFB-34182

The SOIL TO AIR Component type was added to the PIPING SYSTEM Equipment Group.

Other PEI Improvements

New REMOTE INSPECTOR Role

IMSFB-20669

A new role was added to IMS PEI: The REMOTE INSPECTOR. This new PEI role has full rights for: OBSERVATION PROJECTs and ECHs and read rights for everything else.

CCAM - Temperature determines mandatory fields

IMSFB-8686

In the past on the Equipment Details Page, in the CCAM section, users could only add the Temperature if they filled in the CCAM Unit type, and only then could the form be save. Now the from can be saved with only the Temperature filled in, if it is lower than -5°C or higher than 175°C. If the Temperature is in the range of -5 to 175°C then the Unit type, the Stream being assessed, Pressure, and Inert becomes mandatory/required fields.

Example of an empty form:

Example when the Temperature is above 175°C:

Example when the Temperature is below -5°C:

Example when the temperature is in the range of -5 to 175°C:

When there the Unit type and Temperature is filled in:

Dashboard Improvements

DL/IP/MP Dashboard Transformation

IMSFB-29324

All data from the old DL/IP/MP Dashboard was transferred to new one.

In order to adjust the data to the new Dashboard functionality some data is now shown in a different format and can be shown as a chart or a graph. All custom links from the old Dashboard were matched in to new ones. In order to do that new features were added.

URL Override

The old Dashboard had some links pointing to custom grids with additional editing options. To be able to point links to such grids we introduced the URL Override columns to DB tables in the DevTools configuration at Section and Section content levels. This enables us to configure custom links either on section level for all content in the section or separately on content level.

Hiding Totals on Pivot sections

The old Dashboard had Pivot grids that counted items belonging to one or more categories. The default total logic could not count items in multiple categories. To enable this we added the Display total checkbox to the edit form. This allows one to show/hide pivot totals.

If a custom count is needed it can be set as a column in the UDQ from which the data is coming from.

Pivot Color configuration

In addition to the existing coloring functionality specific for the Criticality matrix table, some tables required color to be configured based on custom criteria. To enable this we introduced a new DataBase table DashboardColorMatrix for configuration of these sections. In future this configuration will be added to DevTools so that Cenosco Support can enable custom colors when needed.

Coloring specific Fields via DB view

A new Color field setting was also added to the Dashboard edit form. This might prove useful in the future for other pivot coloring purposes.

RBI Optimization Dashboard Transformation

IMSFB-29326

All queries from the old Dashboard were transferred to the new RBI optimization Dashboard. The "Impact on Criticality changes" section was split into 3 sections.

“Credited” added to the Schedule tracker Dashboard

IMSFB-18815

A new section was added to the existing Dashboard to show progress in the current year. The credited Schedules vs total scope is shown.

Adding Attachments on Site, Plant & Unit level

IMSFB-30022

Users can now add attachment files on the Site, Plant, and Unit levels in the IMS settings. A new section was added to the Details tab for this.

On the Corrosion Loop’s CCD Report, users can now also review and add attachments on the unit level.
