MEC Board Optimization
Planned Events in Long-Term Maintenance Cost Profile MEC Optimization Chart
We removed old recurring TA logic from the Long-Term Maintenance Cost Profile chart. It now shows Planned Events for Turnaround dates.
Warning shown when changing to different Draft
A warning was added to warn users that all their changes will be lost, when they select a different draft than the one they have been working in.
Attachments disabled in Task popup
The Attachments button in the Task popup, has been disabled when opening from MEC board.
Maintenance Library Improvements
Searching Maintenance Libraries by Object Type
On the RSL Main Screen grid we added the “Search by object type” in the search text input field. This means all RSLs with Location type compatible with the searched object type will be shown as result in the grid.

Adding Attachments under RSLs
The new section and ability to add attachments has been added to RSL Details Page.
Read only access to RSL’s for non-IMS users
Users with appropriate roles can grant access to users that currently don’t have access to view RSLs. Links and information to access the RSL are provided by e-mail. Users with the "RCM Admin" and "RCM Global RSL Custodian" Roles can send requests.

Printing RSL Reports
We added the option to print and save report for RSLs. The Report button is available in the RSLs Details Page. It can be printed as a Word or PDF file.

Show Object Type in Maintenance Library Table
The Object types are now visible on the Maintenance Library main grid when user expands the specific RSL.
Global RSL's Publishing Date added to Maintenance Library Screen
A Publishing Date grid column, as well as filter, was added to the Maintenance Library Main Screen. It is now possible to filter results for a range of Publishing Dates.
Maintenance Library hyperlink added to RSL Bulk Assigns
The Maintenance Library column now contains hyperlinks.
Deactivating Equipment Types for multiple FMs in the RSL
A new functionality: “Deactivate for all Failure Modes”, has been added to the Maintenance Library Details Page, for the Applicable Equipment Types section in Failure modes.
Analyses Improvement - Task populating optimization
When adding a new tasks on the Analysis page, on the New task window the Type, Frequency, RWC, and Implementation System fields will be automatically filled by taking into consideration the statistics from previous tasks. This will improve Analyses and help users to be more efficient.
Planned Events with active state can now be edited and saved in RCM
Editing of Planned Events in the RCM module has been enabled for RCM Admin.
Change and Deferral Improvements
Decline option on CHD Details Page
A new option to decline request is now available for RCM engineers on the Change and Deferral Details Pages.

SAP Plant Section filter for Change and Deferrals
The “SAP Plant Section” filter has been added to the Change&Deferral Main Screen.
New filters and functionalities added to FLOC and Equipment dialogs in CHD
New filters were added to the FLOC/Equipment pop-up that is shown when selecting a FLOC/Equipment in the Change/Deferral creation dialog.
The new filters and a new checkbox added in the FLOC dialog are:
- Floc Range filter
- Location type filter
- CMMS Type filter
- Checkbox for select all
The new filters and a new grid column added in the Equipment dialog:
- Equipment range filter
- Floc Range filter
- Equipment group filter
- Equipment number range filter
- Equipment number column
CHD Dashboard Transformation
Two new sections were added:
- My Requests - shows all requests and their statuses that a requester created.
- My Approvals - shows all approvals and their statuses that are pending for the current user.
Implemented Change cannot be Canceled
When in the status is "Implemented" it should not be possible to Cancel a Change any more, and Approval is also no longer needed. Therefore both the Approval and Cancel Approval options are now hidden when a Change is Implemented.
Implementer can upload Attachments in Change / Deferral form
The CHD Implementer can now add attachments to the Change / Deferral form, as a proof of implementation. An Implementer can only add an attachments to his own record, in the Implementation section. These attachments will also be visible in the Attachment section.
Overdue Requests shown based on Priorities
Users can now easily show overdue requests. An overdue request is defined by the Request status, Priority and the Submittal Date. An overdue can be only a request when in Request Status "Awaiting Approval" or "Awaiting Implementation", depending on the Priority where Submittal Date and Priority are compared.
CHD email Improvements
CHD email includes warning that link cannot be opened in Explorer
Some sites do not have their default browser set to an up-to-date internet browser. This could mean that, when a Change / Deferral Approval email is sent, the recipients may get an error message when clicking the Change and Deferral link. For this reason a warning was added to the email:
“The Internet Explorer desktop application went out of support for certain operating systems starting June, 2022. Please use some of the up-to-date internet browsers such as Microsoft Edge for opening links in this email.”

FLOCs & Equipment ordered in CHD email
The FLOC and Equipment in the approve/implement e-mails are now ordered, based on the ID numbers.
Default text option added to CHD Details text boxes
On the Change Details Page, Add new default buttons have been added to the text fields Scope of Change (What?), Change Justification (Why?), and Consequences of the Change.
On the Deferral Details Page, Add new default buttons have been added to the text fields Risk Analysis, Monitoring and Controls, and Technical Evaluation.
This functionality will allow users to create templates for better and faster implementation through the Insert default text button.

ECH Type - Discipline Checklist or Narrative only
We implemented functionality which evaluates all Dynamic Form conditions and if there are any that match, it selects the "Discipline checklist" for the ECH Type field automatically. Otherwise, the ECH Type will be "Narrative only"
This functionality is only available when creating the new ECHs, and user can override it.
ECS functionality re-enabled
Some sites still use ECS functionality, please note that it will be removed completely in a future releases. For this reason, if desired, the creation, copying, and the addition of new ECS revisions can now be enabled per site. This can be done via application settings. 
Spec filter added to RCM FLOC & Equipment
Similar to PEI, Spec filters were added to the RCM FLOC and Equipment Main Screen grids.
It allows filtering Floc and Equipment on any Spec / Qualifier / Value combination.
