In Case 2, the Schedule is available and the data will be added to the ECH manually. The data will be added to the Equipment "IC Internal Corrosion Test Case P2". Before you manually add the CP data to the ECH, you must create a Schedule.

To add the data:

  1. Create a Recurring Schedule.
    • Navigate to the Equipment Details page of the Equipment ID "IC Internal Corrosion Test Case P2".
    • Click on the Plus button in the Schedule section of the Equipment "IC Internal Corrosion Test Case P2".
    • In the Schedule Type field, select "ASSESSMENT" from the drop-down menu. 
    • Tick the Recurring checkbox.
    • In the User Date field, enter a date one week from today. 
    • In the User interval field, enter 12 months.

    • On the Schedule Details page, in the Scope and plan codes section select "ASSESSMENT".
    • Click on What is planned? 
    • Find "Internal corrosion assessment" and from the drop-down menu the UOM VALUE select "YES".

    • If needed add a Narrative and one or more Attachments that may be needed during the execution of the Schedule.
    • Final approve the Schedule. On the Equipment Details page the active Schedule is shown:

    • On the Schedule Main Page, after pinning the Equipment, the Scope and Plancodes will be shown:Graphical user interface  Description automatically generated with medium confidence
    • After the assessment has been performed, create an ECH:

    • Navigate to the Equipment Details Page.
    • In the Schedules Credited section, click CREDIT on the created Schedule card.

    • In the Checklist section, click "GENERAL".
    • Under ACTIONS PERFORMED click on "What was done and where?":
    • Find "INTERNAL CORROSION ASSESSMENT" and under UOM VALUE select "YES".
    • Click the Data button.

    • Update the Confidence Rating questionnaire
    • Click Actions Performed.

    • After data has been filled in, it will be visible in the Internal Corrosion module and on the ECH screen, see also previous chapter. For example:

    • Final Approve the ECH, this will create a new Schedule:
