The Dashboard "Bad Actors" shows the number of closed Corrective ECHs (Work orders) per FLOC and Equipment.
Bad Actors are defined by IMS when the ECH was done in the last 12 months and:
- Work order status is MCMP (user states maintenance complete), or
- System status is TECO (system set to technical complete), or
- System status is CLSD (system says Closed).
This is aligned with the column #BA and a filter Bad Actor Count that are available on the FLOC Main Screen and to the Equipment Main Screen.
Multiple closed Corrective Work orders per year can indicate a poor performance and trigger investigation and RCM Analyses.
The #BA column in the Floc / Equipment grid can help to indicate if the current maintenance strategy is successful, or not.
