Version 2022.3 mainly brings improvements in terms of 3 Doc Consolidation, the MEC Board, the RCM Analysis, CHD, RSLs, and Systems.

3 Doc Consolidation
Replaced “SCE group” Settings with ”HSSE CE Category”

The “SCE Group” settings (at Settings\Common data\SCE Group) has been removed, and it has been replaced with the “HSSE CE Category” settings. New “HSSE CE Category” values can only be added only by the CSA Role.
SCE Checkbox & Table removed from RSL Details Page
The SCE Group option with dropdown list and Assurance Points table have been removed from the Maintenance Library Details Page, as shown below.
“Assurance task” removed from Task Details
The “Assurance task” selector field has been removed from both the “Task Edit mode”, as well as from the “Add New Task” window.

“HSSE CE Category” added to Global RSL Task Details
The “HSSE CE Category” selector field has been added to both the “Task Edit mode”, as well as from the “Add New Task” window, on the Global RSL Details Page.

New “Integrated” RSL Category
The Maintenance Library Details Page now includes an “Integrated” checkbox, and when selected, the label “Integrated Global/Local” appears in the Maintenance Library grid, in the column “Visibility”.

Imports/exports – HSSE CE Category
The “HSSE CE Category”, “TA Candidate” and “Task” columns have been added as fields to the Task export/export for import Excel file and to the Analysis grid export/export for import Excel file.

MEC Board Optimization
Draft functionality
New Draft functionality has been added to the MEC Board: “Create New Draft”, “Save Draft”, “Apply Draft”, and “Delete Draft”. This enables users to create Drafts and safely make changes, without affecting the Tasks/Schedules or any related data, until the Draft has been applied.
Filters optimization
The filters have been optimized for better user experience and faster reloading of data. Also the number of cards per filter has been sorted for a better count preview - they are now displayed in descending order.
Side panel optimization
The side panel has been optimized and is now only enabled when the board is in Draft mode. This means that users can now only make changes on Drafts - using the side panel. This will prevent users from making unwanted changes by mistake. For example, a user can select cards for deletion in the Draft, but only when the Draft is applied, will the deletion actually be executed.
Card optimization
The cards have been optimized for faster rendering. They are now previewing 70% faster (approximately 15 000 cards at a time) and changes are applied more effectively for better efficiency (compared to the old MEC Board).
The cards are only enabled for changes when in Draft mode. The changes made in the MEC Board will be applied on the real dataset only when a user applies a Draft. This will prevent unwanted changes from being reflected outside of MEC Board.
A lock icon will show on cards where users have saved changes in Draft. These icons will also show when the board is in Read-only mode. Also, when changes are being made, the Edit icon will show on the card. This way users can be sure on which cards they are working. Also the Delete icon will show for cards selected for deletion, but the cards will not be deleted until the user applies the Draft.

RCM Analysis Improvements
“Spare part lead time” import improvement
In the past, the “Spare part lead time” in the Criticality Analysis did not refresh automatically when it was updated through the import. Now the value will refresh automatically when imported.

Equipment RCM Analysis Report Improvements
Implementation Systems added
The Equipment RCM Analysis Report now includes the Implementation Systems.
MEI data added
The MEI data is now included in the Equipment RCM Analysis report.
New Filters on the Analysis Main Screen
FLOC/Equipment Label filter on Analysis grid
Two new options to filter by: “FLOC Labels” and “Equipment Labels” have been added to the Analysis Main Screen grid.
PLE filter on Analysis grid
For better tag filtering, a new “PLE” filter has been added to the Analysis Main Screen grid.
Change & Deferral Improvements
GSAP ROOM/HEMP filter
A new SCE/HEMP filter has been added to Change/Deferral Main Screen grid. This is visible only when the ABC Indicator setting is disabled.
RCM Admin role can add C&D Plan Action Types
The RCM Admin role has been enabled to add a “Type of Plan Action” in the Change & Deferral settings.
Change Request Default Texts
It is now possible to add templates and insert it as default text for “Scope of Change (What?)”, “Change Justification (Why?)”, and “Consequence of the Change” text fields on the Change Details Page.

New Range filters on Change/Deferral Main Screen
The “Created Date”, “Approval Date”, and “Implementation Date” range filters have been added to the Change/Deferral Main Screen.
FLOC/Equipment range filter on C/D Main Screen
New FLOC/Equipment range filters have been added to the “Add new change” option on the Change/Deferral Main Screen.

Failure Modes Search in RSLs
The Failure Mode search functionality has been added to RSL Details Pages.
Strategy Requirement Improvements
Added ABC Indicator to Strategy requirements
The ABC Indicator has been added to the “Strategy requirements” in the “Care strategies” section on RSL Details Page. This requirement is shown when “Enable new ABC Indicator criticality” application setting is enabled.
Added “tagHEMP” Strategy requirement
The “tagHemp” Strategy requirement was updated as follows:
- It was renamed from “tagHEMP” to “HEMP”.
- The free text field was changed to a Yes/No dropdown selector.
This Strategy requirement is shown when the “Enable new ABC Indicator criticality” application setting is disabled.

Added Spec prefixes
The new SPEC ECS, ISO and SAP prefixes were added to RSL “Strategy requirements” in the “Care strategies” section on RSL Details Page.
Added “UNIT T/A REQUIRED” Specs
The “UNIT T/A REQUIRED” Spec was added to the “Strategy requirements” in the “Care strategies” section on RSL Details Page.
Added SPECs for PUMP-FLOC, CONTROL VALVE-FLOC and MOTOR-FLOC
New Specs for MOTOR-FLOC, PUMP-FLOC, and CONTROL VALVE-FLOC location types were added to the “Strategy requirements” in the “Care strategies” section on RSL Details Page.

Removed Spec ECS Economic Consequence
The ECS Economic Consequence has been removed from the RSL and Specs entirely.
Systems Improvements
Filters on System Details Pages
Tag Filter
A filter has been added in the “Tags and Prioritization” section on the System Details Page. Users have two options to filter on: RCM and CMMS Type.
Equipment Types Filter
An “Equipment Type” filter has been added in the “Functional Failures” section on System Details Pages.
Assigning related tags to same Systems
It is now possible to assign related tags (parent and child) to the same System.
Other Improvements
Edit/Create options disabled on ECS Main Screen
The options to add/create new Equipment Care Strategies (+, copy-paste and create new revision) have been disabled for users on the ECS page.
RCM Schedules – Due Date rectification
In the past, the Event Date was not used as Due Date in cases where the User Due Date was after the Event Date. Now the earliest Date will always be used as the Due Date.
Editing ECH Attachments after Approval
In the past, the ECH Attachments section was locked for editing after Final Approval. However, now it is also possible for users to edit this section after Approval occurred.
“Perform RCM" filter on “Overview of Priority Dashboard
The “Perform RCM” filter has been included in the “Overview of Priority” Dashboard when data is loaded.
