Configuration subsections.

The SAP Release date nr. days section of the Settings Menu is used to configure the number of days before the Next Inspection Date (NID) the SAP Release date get set for different Schedule types.

In simple terms, this setting allows you to define how much lead time IMS has to send a maintenance notification/work order request to SAP ahead of the next inspection.

Note

Changing this setting immediately recalculates the SAP Release Date on every pending Schedule. It is not just a default applied to new Schedules.
