Step B: Detailing ECHs

To open an ECH Details screen, click on the ECH Condition Date hyperlink. You can for instance find this on the Equipment Details screen in the Condition History section.

Click on the ECH Condition Date to open the ECH details page.

 

Details Page Header

The header of the detail page shows the date of the ECH and several navigation options.

 For more information on the icons see IMS Details Page. In two ways it differs from other details pages: 

ECH Condition Date

This is the Condition Date of the ECH. You can use the arrow to open a drop-down and select and ECH from another date. The ECH ID is not shown.

Equipment ID

The Equipment ID for which the ECH was created shows here. You can click on this to navigate back to the Equipment.

Details Section

The Details section shows who performed the inspection and when it was performed. Make sure the details are filled in correctly. The editable fields are described in Step A: Creating ECHs (see table). In addition, the ECH Name, Equipment Description, Location ID, and Location Name are also displayed here.

Corrective Work Order / Predictive Work Order (only RCM)

This additional section will show or RCM ECHs that are linked to a CMMS Work Order. This data does not show as default in the ECH Main Screen grid, but can configured to show via the setting


The next step is to Credit the Schedule (Step C).
