Discovery Work Request - Dynamic Form
The Discovery Work Request form has been recreated as a Dynamic Form Checklist.
Furthermore, this form can be added as a Stage in the existing forms. For example, for TAT checklists, we have a new question "Proposing Discovery work". If this is answered with "yes", instead of an observation, the Discovery Work Request Form will be shown.
