Accessing IMS4Field

Prev Next

IMS4Field is a lite version of the Integrity Management System (IMS) for recording the results of inspections, maintenance, and tests in the field. It is a web-based application, so you open it in your device's web browser and don't need to download anything. This article describes the recommended system requirements, how to log in (including with Single-Sign-On), and how to use direct URLs to open specific items. For an introduction, see IMS4Field Overview.

If you prefer to use IMS4Field like a native app, you can add it to your device's home screen. For more information, see IMS4Field Mobile App.

IMS4Field works in any modern web browser. For the best performance and usability, we recommend that your device meets the following minimum requirements:

  • A device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) running a current version of Android, iOS, Windows, or macOS.

  • A current web browser that suppors HTML5 and CSS3 standards.

  • A display resolution of at least 1280x720.

Using IMS4Field on devices that do not meet these requirements may result in poor performance, slow synchronization, and unpredictable behavior.
