The RCM Systems Details Page enables you to register the RCM study workshop information.
The value of an RCM Analysis depends on the input of participants. Therefore, it is important to record key workshop information such as the main Participants, Facilitator and timing (Start Date and End Date).
A study may span multiple days and involve different participants over time. In such cases, you should still register at least the main facilitator, core participants, and overall study timeframe.
Note
Study information is stored per System. However, an RCM study may be organized at unit or plant level. As a result, you may need to create multiple study entries across different Systems.
Register a New Study
To register a new Study:
On the Systems Details Page, go to the Study section.
Click the Plus button.
Enter the Start Date and End Date to define the study period.
Select the appropriate Study Status.
Add the Facilitator and Team members using the + (Plus) buttons.
Optionally, add a Description and Operating context.
Click Save.
Study Statuses
The following statuses are available to track the progress of an RCM study:
Status | Description |

None | No RCM activity is planned or recorded for this system. |
Running | The RCM workshop is currently in progress. |
Open | The RCM workshop is in preparation. |
Stopped | The RCM workshop has been stopped. |
Completed | The RCM workshop has been completed and related tasks have been updated. |
