IMS AI

Condition History Summarisation Tool

With Release 2024.3, we are excited to introduce the first of Cenosco’s Artificial Intelligence powered tools, the Condition History Summarisation Tool. The tool uses AI to analyze the contents of the ECHs completed for a FLOC or Equipment. The AI Helper then generates a convenient, readable summary of the key facts contained in those ECHs.

Schedule and ECH Improvements

Integrated Task Flow

IMS now allows you to add Task and Subtask and Activities directly to Schedules and Condition Histories from all IMS modules. This functionality enables you to specify the exact Activities that need to be completed during Schedule execution.

In light of this, a new section was added to the Schedule Details Page called Schedule Task section which allows you to add Tasks and Activities to the Schedules.

Tasks can now be added to Schedules from three different Sources, including:

  • Activity List: Activities can be managed from the following path: Settings \ Maintenance \ Schedules \ Activities.

  • FLOCs and Equipment: Currently available only in RCM and SIS.

  • Task Templates: A set of Recommended Activities or a set of common Activities.

We have also added three types of Task Templates :

  • Schedule Task Recommendations: A shortlist of usual activities with recommendations.

  • Schedule Task Templates: A grouping of activities that maintains a consistent set in Schedules.

  • Risk-Based Inspection (RBI): Applicable only for RBI581 (not available in Schedules).

To create and manage Task Templates, you can use our new Task Template Editor accessible through Custom Reports.

For unplanned Activities and/or Event or Opportunity driven Condition Histories, Tasks can be added "on the fly" to Equipment Condition Histories.

For Scheduled Activities, Tasks will automatically be copied to a Condition History from the corresponding Schedule when that Schedule is credited.

All completed Activities must be confirmed in the Condition Histories before Final Approving it. When an Activity is confirmed, IMS automatically registers the user and the time of execution, simplifying the tracking of both planned and executed activities.

Please note that this task management flow is optional. IMS also allows you to use Plan Codes and Dynamic Forms to register what was done and what was found during the execution of Schedules.

User Instructions

To learn more about the Tasks and Activities in Schedules see: Schedule Tasks.

For more information about Tasks in Condition Histories, see: Task in Condition Histories.

Find out how to create and manage Task Templates, see: IMS Task Templates.

To learn more about Activities in Settings, see: Schedule Activities.

Unified Schedules and ECH Details Page for all Methodologies

We’ve implemented a single Schedule and ECH Details Page for all Methodologies. All Schedule and ECH Details Pages, independent of Methodology, now have unified URLs. Old URLs now redirect to the new ones, and all existing links in the application have been updated.

  • Old URLs: /#peischedule, /#plssschedule, /#tatschedule, /#peiech, /#plssech, /#tatech

  • New URLs: /#schedule and /#ech

As a part of this update, the section called Additional Information, previously present on RCM Schedule Details Pages only, is now part of all Schedule Details Pages. In this section you can see Dynamic Forms (called Schedule Codes), MEC Cost and MEI data if enabled.

User Instructions

To learn more about Additional Information section see: Additional Information.

For more information about MEI in Schedules see: MEI in PEI.

For more information about MEC Cost in Schedules see: MEC Cost.

Schedule Part of Campaign or Job Field Added

The Schedule Details Page now clearly indicates whether the Schedule is part of a Campaign or a Job. To enhance this functionality, we have introduced a new Part of field in the Details section. This field is displayed only when the Schedule is linked to a Campaign or a Job, and it provides the direct link to the corresponding Campaign Details Page or Job Details Page.

User Instructions

To learn more about Campaigns see: Campaigns.

To learn more about Jobs see: Jobs Main Screen (Grid List).

See more about Schedule Details Page: Creating Schedules.

Marking Schedules for Shut-in

Schedules can now be marked as candidate for the next Unit Shut-in with the addition of a new Shut-in field in the Schedule creation window. This field includes a dropdown menu with options "-", "Yes", and "No".

To provide easy visibility of shut-in status for each Schedule:

  • The Shut-in field is also accessible on the Schedule Details Page in the Details section and included in the Schedule Import template.

  • The Shut-in column and Shut-in filter have been added to the Schedule Main Screen.

User Instructions

To learn more about the Shut-in option see: Creating Schedules.

Dynamic Forms

Improvements to Data Bind User Interface

The Data Bind Interface has been improved to make it easier to search for and select the specific Data Binds when constructing your Dynamic Forms. Now you can create Simple Data Binds using a list of predefined specifications, or you can create Advanced Data Binds using other Entities, such as from IMS Workflows.

Dynamic Forms Structure Export/Import

We have added the ability to export and import the structure of a Dynamic Form in .dform format. This allows you to easily share any Dynamic Form with other Sites or other IMS deployments.

Export/Import Dynamic Forms Configurations.

User Instructions

To learn more about exporting and importing Dynamic Forms, see: Exporting/Importing Dynamic Forms.

Routing Logic for all Table Types

You can now add routing logic to rows in the Columns per Location, Columns per Entry and Table with Leading Column Table Types. Previously, this was only possible for the Table with Specific Cell Table Type.

Routing Used on Table Fields.

User Instructions

To learn more about using Tables in your Dynamic Forms, see: Adding Tables to Dynamic Forms.

Annotation Tool Improvements

In this release, we’ve added stamps to the image Annotation Tool to make it even easier to annotate images attached to your Dynamic Forms.

Use new Stamps to Annotate Images.

Auto-Save of Field Data

With this release, we have improved the auto-save functionality in Dynamic Forms. For most field types, the content of the field will be auto-saved as soon as the information in the field has been changed. For Rich text, Numeric, Text area and Text control types, the content will be saved when the focus is moved outside of the field.

User Instructions

To learn more about collecting inspection data using Dynamic Forms, see: Collecting Data with Dynamic Form Checklists.

New Locations Lookup Control Type

We have added a Locations Lookup control type for Dynamic Forms. With this control type, you can easily add a dropdown to select locations such as Equipment CMLs, Pipes in a Piping System, or Equipment Group Parts.

Generating Equipment QR Codes

Previously, QR code images could only be exported from within the FCM module. Now, this feature is available across all modules (PEI, PLSS, RCM, SIS, and TAT). This functionality is available from the Equipment Main Screen grids as well as from the Equipment Details Pages. The downloaded QR Codes will be in .png format with a transparent background. The QR code export button is available in the Equipment Details Page header.

On the Equipment Main Screen the QR code export button is located in the Import/Export section of the toolbar menu. You can select one or multiple pieces of Equipment in the grid and click the QR code export button to download a .zip file containing all the QR codes.

After clicking the QR code export button you can choose to either print our download the QR code. (Tooltips that’s visible when hovering, have also been added to these buttons.) Additionally you can scan the QR code. This will generate the same URL as the one provided when you click Copy to clipboard.

Tale Note

If you do not see the QR code export button, it may be due to a custom toolbar configuration. In this case, go to the toolbar settings, reset the toolbar to factory defaults, and save it as the default. The button should then appear.

User Instructions

To learn more about the Main Screen toolbar configuration see IMS Main Screen (Grid List).

Inspection / Schedule Section Renamed and Activities Section Added

The Inspection / Schedule section in Settings \ Maintenance was renamed to Schedule. A new section called Activities has been added under it, which containes all registered Activities. From this section Activities can be edited, deleted and added by all Admin Roles.

User Instructions
