Equipment Improvements

Managing Default Schedules on Equipment Level

IMSFB-40917

You can now add the Inspection Reason directly to the Equipment and manage the Default Schedules on the Equipment Level. Previously, the Inspection Reason was automatically inherited from the FLOC, limiting the management of Default Schedules on the Equipment solely to the FLOC level. Now, the Inspection Reason is inherited from the FLOC only when its value is not set on the Equipment. In that case, on the Equipment Details Page, the Inspection Reason Info button will show a message indicating that the value is inherited from the FLOC. When the Inspection Reason value is set on the Equipment level, the info button text will say that the FLOC Inspection reason was overridden.

The Inspection Reason column has been added to the Equipment Main Screen and Equipment Export for Import template. It is now also possible to Filter the Equipment based on Inspection Reason.

Editing an already set Inspection Reason on the Equipment level, will result in a prompt message:

If you override the existing Inspection Reason with one that does not generate a Default Schedule automatically, the existing Default Schedules on that Equipment will be deleted.

New Checklist for Pop Tests Added

IMSFB-41831

We’ve added a new Checklist for Pop Tests that includes PASS/FAIL rules to streamline your testing process. Here's a breakdown of how it works:

  • Input the test pressure and initial pop values into the checklist.

  • The checklist calculates the difference between the test pressure and initial pop values.

  • Based on this difference, the checklist will determine whether the Pop Test has passed or failed.

In case of a failed Pop Test, the type of failure will be determined according to the difference between the test Pressure and Initial Pop as follows:

  • If the difference is greater than -20% but less than 20% it will be classified as Premature lifting.

  • If the difference falls between 20% and 50%, it will be categorized as Fail to danger.

  • If the difference exceeds 50%, it will be labeled as Stuck shut.

Moreover, this checklist is customizable, allowing you to duplicate and modify it to suit your specific requirements.

Exporting and Importing FMA Design Data

IMSFB-42435

We added a new section to the AREA FLOC Details page, called Area Design. In this section you can see the Total Surface of the AREA-FLOC, its PEI, CIVIL and Total Weight as well as its Condition.

It is now possible to export and import FMA Design data from the FLOC Main Screen (Grid View) by clicking on the Import button in the Toolbar and clicking Click here to export Area Design export.

It is important to note that regardless of the selected FLOCs' Location Type, only FLOCs with the specified "AREA-FLOC" Location Type will be exported using this method.

You can also import the FMA Design data by clicking the Import button in the Toolbar, selecting “Area Design” in the Hierarchy section, and uploading your file.

The export FMA Design data functionality is also available on the FMA Areas Dashboard.
