The Bad Actor Count shows the number of closed Corrective ECHs (Work orders) per FLOC and Equipment. Multiple closed Corrective Work orders in a year can indicate poor performance and trigger investigation and RCM analyses.
How IMS Defines a Bad Actor
IMS identifies Bad Actors by counting Corrective ECHs that were carried out in the last 12 months and meet at least one of the following conditions:
The Work order status is MCMP (a person has marked maintenance as complete).
The System status is TECO (the system has set the Work order to technical complete).
The System status is CLSD (the system has set the Work order to closed).
Where to Find the Bad Actor Count
he count appears in the #BA column and in the Bad Actor Count filter on the FLOC Main Screen and to the Equipment Main Screen.

Using the Bad Actor Count
The #BA column in the FLOC and Equipment Main Screen (Grid List) can help you judge whether the current maintenance strategy is successful.
