Here, the Hazards applicable to the Site / Plant / Unit under which the HAZOP resides can be reviewed. These predefined Hazards (and their associated risks) are used in the Consequences where Top events with Hazards enabled, are selected. See Defining Consequences (HAZOP).

Defining Hazards in the register
Users with the SIS Admin and SIS HAZOP role can also edit, add, remove or duplicate Hazards in this register. Take note that changes made here are applied to all HAZOPs in the applicable Sites / Plants / Units.
In Settings \ Maintenance \ SIS Specific data \ HAZOP \ Top event the SIS Admin user can list your Site’s Top Events and define which require a Hazard.
